How does the Travel Perks private network work?
Travel Perks operates as a private, admin-managed network connecting airline & hotel perk holders with verified frequent travelers. Perk holders submit their available companion slots or hotel rate privileges, while travelers submit their itinerary criteria. Verified internal administrators review both sides behind closed doors, conduct identity checks, and facilitate matching with zero public directory exposure.
Is my identity, employment status, or profile visible to the public?
No. Your name, employer, contact details, and pass availability are 100% private. Only authorized internal Travel Perks administrators can view your application inside our secure Operations Center. Information is shared with a candidate match only after verification and explicit approval from both sides.
How are travelers (seekers) vetted before matching?
Every traveler undergoes background verification, including professional profile review. Travelers are trained on non-rev standby etiquette, cabin dress codes, carrier boarding priorities, and pass compliance rules so they respect benefit dynamics and value absolute discretion.
What flight pass and hotel employee programs are supported?
We facilitate matching across all major airline pass travel programs (Secondary Companion Passes, Buddy Passes, Enrolled Friend slots, ZED interline assistance) for Delta, American, United, Southwest, Alaska, JetBlue, and major hotel employee/friends rates (Marriott Explore MMP/MMF, Hilton Go Hilton, IHG One Pass, Hyatt, Accor).
How does compensation and fee facilitation work for perk holders?
Perk holders state their target payout expectation during intake (annual companion pass fees or per-trip rates). Admins structure clear written terms and handle coordination so perk holders receive agreed payout terms promptly upon verified setup, with full transparency and zero hidden fees.
Can I pause, modify, or remove my intake application anytime?
Yes. You maintain 100% control over your pass privileges at all times. You can pause, modify, or withdraw your application anytime with no penalties and no questions asked by contacting your dedicated admin manager.
What happens during the initial verification call?
Once an intake application aligns with a candidate match, a Travel Perks administrator schedules a brief verification call with both parties. We confirm employment credentials, travel route/date expectations, blackout date guidelines, and answer any questions before any written agreements are finalized.
How do I get started?
Simply click Join our network to submit your initial application. Select whether you are a Perk Holder (Employee) or Traveler (Seeker), fill out your preferences, and an administrator will review your submission within 24 to 48 hours.
